since we consistently receive 5-6 threads each month in this way (and they were all cheaters), we’re not epic games—we can’t lift you up. communicate with them because we can’t assist you. check reddit, message /U/MagmaReef your display name and politely ask if he can look into it and provide confirmation of the ban plus the reason. don’t be rude, he’ll help. he’s actually part of the Epics Anti-Cheat team.
