It's not possible to shift system folders using Cut and Paste. You need to reinstall Windows for that functionality.

For libraries, simply switch the location of the folder containing them and transfer the files to a new directory. The desktop remains a special case, but it's best not to keep large files or excessive items there. Consider adding additional folders to your favorites (for example, a folder called "Desktop v2").
begin with a clean slate, remove all copied files. create a new folder in D:/ drive, name it appropriately. open it and relocate it to the side folder at C:\users\kolom. select relevant documents, music, etc., then copy them using Ctrl + C and paste into D:/whatever_you_want.
