I tried transferring your system folders from SSD to HDD and ended up damaging them. You have all the files, but documents like "Desktop Music" and "3DWork" seem to be merging. Can you clarify what’s happening? It looks like this...

It's not possible to shift system folders using Cut and Paste. You need to reinstall Windows for that functionality.

I'm sorry but you're going to have to explain EXACTLY what you did to cause this issue, it's impossible to help you based on the info you provided. What folders? What did you do to them? What were you trying to achieve?

I aimed to transfer items from my SSD to the HDD to free up space, but I also moved four files at once into a single folder on the HDD.

By the way, I believe I misstated it—I didn't relocate the system folder, but rather the desktop, document, and music folders. I referred to them as the system folder since they appear that way in the properties.

I believe I should set up a fresh account on the computer and transfer all crucial files from the old one. Once done, I’ll remove the initial account and remain on the new setup.

For libraries, simply switch the location of the folder containing them and transfer the files to a new directory. The desktop remains a special case, but it's best not to keep large files or excessive items there. Consider adding additional folders to your favorites (for example, a folder called "Desktop v2").

begin with a clean slate, remove all copied files. create a new folder in D:/ drive, name it appropriately. open it and relocate it to the side folder at C:\users\kolom. select relevant documents, music, etc., then copy them using Ctrl + C and paste into D:/whatever_you_want.
