Have you considered updating your wallpaper? It’s possible someone has your MAC address. Try altering your Wi-Fi name and password... He might be accessing your network without your awareness.

It really depends... someone could easily take control of your computer with just that. They only need your address, then they can watch your screen and swap it out. Just turn it off when you don’t need it, and then check if teamviewer works again.
