It's the scene where the unsettling green character moves and makes a creepy sound. I don't own the game, so I'm not certain if this was one. It had a really good design to make it look like it was coming from your screen. Also, I don't have epilepsy.

If someone has truly completed this, they must be a genius. Run a virus and malware scan as well, and verify which applications are active.
