It’s strange that I experience frequent stutters in Forza Motorsport 7, despite it being a less demanding title and older than Forza Horizon 4. Conversely, I can smoothly achieve 60 frames per second with all settings maximized at 1080p on Horizon 4. Honestly, you should likely have a good experience with that game. My graphics card is a GTX 970.
