Initial connection happens when linked to the ISP router, followed by a second phase on the ASUS router.
The IP address updated, but the name still couldn't be resolved during the second attempt.
Check the IP address instead of the hostname, DNS can be tricky.
Thanks to everyone who assisted and installed the advanced IP scanner. Now I can connect to my laptop without any issues. No changes were made, but it's working fine so far.
