You have two subnets: one with the 192.168.0.1/24 range and another with 192.168.1.1/24. Remove one of them.

Turn off unused ports on all other routers. Set everything to use the 192.168.1.1/24 network. Test if it functions properly.

Reviewed the physical setup, and in the ISP router the cable connects to a LAN port instead of a WAN port. From there it enters the D-Link port labeled Internet, without any WAN connection.

Thanks to everyone who assisted and installed the advanced IP scanner. Now I can connect to my laptop without any issues. No changes were made, but it's working fine so far.
