The LED for the graphics stays active, but it flashes briefly to the CPU LED and then quickly returns to the graphics LED. You might be misconfiguring the settings or timing. Check your BIOS or power management options. It could also depend on how the motherboard interprets the signals. For an MSI MPG Z390 Gaming PRO Carbon AC, consult the manual for specific guidance.
The setup remains unresponsive for roughly two minutes before the machine powers down.
