I created a backup using the control panel > system and security > backup and restore (Windows 7) on the network drive. The backup file appears as a massive 99 GB on the drive. After cleaning the laptop hard drive and installing a fresh Windows 10, I attempted to restore but failed. How can I recover my previous version from this backup?

Display a snapshot of the restore menu. It highlights options for recovering data or restoring files.

Start from the Windows 10 installer and select Additional Options (next to the Install Now button), then pick Restore Image. Be aware of permission settings for your NAS, ensuring the image folder is accessible to guests.

I see, you're describing a specific backup file organization. Can you provide more details or clarify what you'd like to discuss about it?

Lastly, I retrieved my restore files again.
