Restarted the router and verified the firmware is current. Tested \\192.168.0.1 but it failed. Switched the neighbor interface on and off, also unsuccessful. Disabled the FTP server and continued trying without success.

It's not only a Windows problem. I used cx-explorer on my Android, but SMB didn't function, though FTP did. I can also reach other SMB servers, so the issue isn't specific to Android either.

It wasn't smb anymore (still doesn't work, last image was an issue), it was still using FTP. I added the network location, but streaming isn't possible—it only downloads files to my computer via SMB. This was enabled before, and now I'm facing the same problem: no video playback or image display, just downloads on my machine. Edited March 3, 2022 by Mr.Stork
