After talking to CyberPowerPC about getting a custom BIOS link, you're still unsure how to install it since they don't offer a NELEX. They only provide a screenshot of the BIOS display—any guidance on using that would be helpful.

Unfortunately, the TPM2.0 chip is missing from the slot beside the AUDIO plug pins. I can't get it to boot into the UEFI/Bios screen. I'm going to have to purchase another compatible board, like a B55M Phantom or something similar that isn't sold by third-party sellers.

Is this a fake gaming setup? https://www.asrock.com/mb/index.asp#Phantom Shouldn't matter The app should remain consistent https://download.asrock.com/Utility/Othe....0.12).zip

Successfully located someone experienced in forcing the BIOS display to display only TPM1.0, omitting the 2.0 option.

You don't require any updates from the last about 8 years; it's handled in the firmware. A slot might exist for a reusable module, though it's not mandatory.
