Typically AMD systems now come with fTPM, and you just need to turn on TPM within the BIOS settings. https://help.maingear.com/article/86-how...el-systems

I acquired my laptop before it began showing errors and started placing things on the side, but it couldn’t recognize a chip for the slot, unfortunately.

ASRock recommends their B550 boards are compatible with fTPM. Visit their news page for details. If you can't access the BIOS, downloading it directly from ASRock's website is an alternative.

It seems similar to the B55AM gaming boards doesn’t really exist, right? Looks like I’m just grabbing another board mainly to boost the bios, which was the main idea in Fantom4, but it’s totally laid out differently now.
