I've been working on this problem for several hours and still can't identify the cause. The motherboard shows post status lights indicating faulty bits. When powering up, both the DRAM and CPU indicators light up red. I've reinserted the RAM and CPU, confirmed the CPU receives power, and tested different RAM sticks one by one. Since no storage devices are connected, I'm concerned a failing drive might be preventing booting. The CPU is listed as supported in OOTB according to the documentation. I'm feeling really confused and stuck. I've assembled computers before, but this situation is especially frustrating and unclear.
I confirmed in my previous message that I replaced the RAM modules and tested each one separately within its respective socket.
Are you sure the graphics card is properly connected? From what I understand, the R7X doesn’t support an integrated GPU, which could affect performance.
