I wasn't able to locate the jumper, so I disconnected the battery and cut off the power, then waited a short time, but the result remained unchanged.

I'm struggling a bit here. I really wish my CPU hadn't stopped working right away since I got it a few months back, and the return window has closed.

As per the manufacturer's guidance, the initial display will feature these two indicators and the startup process might require a few minutes. It seems best to wait a bit and check if it boots successfully.

This proved to be the answer as well, needing the sticks in slots a2 and b2 in particular.
