Don't anticipate smooth 60fps across all resolutions or settings in certain regions. Many players are facing problems due to incomplete development. Yes, this issue is mainly linked to AMD, and it doesn't affect Nvidia users with 970s or 980s either.

You mentioned the game runs poorly on Nvidia too. That's true—it's a Bethesda title, but it has worse problems on AMD because of Gameworks. It sounds like someone is rushing into the game and not testing it thoroughly.

Are you sure? It seems like you're suggesting AMD is the sole issue, even though others might still be experiencing problems. You could have mentioned that everyone is still having trouble with Fallout 4, but you didn't. The issue appears to be the game itself.

Fallout 4 experiences performance issues with AMD GPUs and CPUs. It appears to be a software problem, likely due to the game's older engine.

I adore all the comments saying I don't have any problems, just set everything to match my PS4 on my high-end gaming machine. Haha! OP, I used to have a 4690k and faced issues. Now I have a 4790k and it works fine. Fallout 4 needs more than 4 threads to run smoothly.

It's an AMD card. Fallout 4 works great on NVIDIA graphics cards.
