I can access my laptop via my local IP address, but not the public one. The NordVPN shield is turned off, yet it doesn’t help. I’m unsure which ports or Java settings the firewall should permit beyond those already open.

For local use with your public IP, ensure NAT Loopback or Hairpin NAT is activated on your router. It typically operates on port 25565 by default.

I've permitted port 25565 via your firewall and there are no settings for NAT loopback or hairpin NAT available.
