Face issues configuring your Minecraft server.
i attempt to link to the minecraft server on my machine, but connecting from my computer works fine. however, when using https://mcsrvstat.us/, it reports the server is not online (error 110). i’ve turned on port forwarding, set a static ip, and allowed traffic through the firewall. i’ve been trying for about two hours and don’t know what to do next.
You access the router settings via TP link, navigating to Advanced, NAT Forwarding, then Port Forwarding. Add a new entry with the service name "Minecraft Server," set the device IP, choose your computer as the external port (25565), internal port 25565, protocol all, enable it, and save.
The server started without any prompts appearing, and I haven’t restarted the router.
