This will also fix the screenshots for your BIOS. You can check out the link on Overclockers and see if your Intel 8600K with the ASRock Z370 Extreme 4 running at 4.8GHz works as expected.

I watched a YouTube video that helped me get better on my 8700K CPU, running it at 5GHz with temperatures around 1.28 volts. While playing games, the average temperature stayed steady at about 60 degrees Celsius.

Follow, but don't copy. Your cpu, motherboard, ram, VRM's etc are different from the video, even if they look identical. So tailor the exact voltages to what works for you and your pc, don't expect to get what the video gets. You may get better or worse results, no exactness is possible. It's not uncommon to see 1.4v on an 8700k at 4.9GHz.

As Karadigne told us, don't just copy it; follow it. I'm watching the video but have to make a few small changes. My Ryzen 7 8700K runs at 5GHz and hits about 1.28 degrees Celsius when gaming, staying around 60C in heat.

Did you really test how stable that overclock is? You know silicon gets better as time goes on, but here the voltage is just too low. We're talking about Coffee Lake All Core with SSE and AVX2 speeds, plus specific BIOS Vcore settings. The 8700K can hit 4.80GHz to 5.30GHz depending on how hard you push it, while the voltage stays between 1.375V and 1.437V. Even if we take a lucky 8086K chip that was just one of many 8700Ks, its Vcore for 5.0GHz isn't this low either. That's why people are asking if they're actually testing stability correctly or just guessing.

It depends on what you mean by "OC". If it means just boosting one processor (one core) to its highest speed without changing the cooling or power limits of all cores, then running that single core at 5GHz and 1.28 volts might actually work fine for now.
