I'm using Windows 10 version 19041.1052 and encountering the same problem. The fix I tried doesn't help. I can open and play the .ogg file, but nothing else happens. I don't know how I got it. I opened it in Notepad, cleared all the text, then moved many other files which forced the broken .ogg files to disappear from the queue. Updated June 27, 2021 by ThatCat
