Hello, your Windows 10 version is working fine for handling OGG files. The issue you're describing—being locked out of Explorer, trash, or moving files—could be due to a temporary glitch or a specific file behavior. It might help to try moving the files elsewhere or checking your system updates. If the problem persists, consider restarting Windows or consulting Microsoft support for further assistance.

Sidenote: Web extensions help games and sites show content not usually allowed on Windows, but taking them off could affect other features.

Thanks to your efforts, I found the Web Media Extensions in the Microsoft Store. Since you rarely use updates and your internet speed is limited, I saw an available update but couldn't locate the uninstall option. Someone might know how to remove it.

Have you attempted relocating or removing files via the command prompt? The actions would be move or del.

You attempted to move OGG files with various file managers, but faced the same issue. The update for Web Media Extensions in the Microsoft Store resolved the problem. Thank you for your support and guidance.

I handle them without issues...windows can relocate files even without knowing their purpose, perhaps an app is interfering with explorer?

Hi, good job finishing it. The Web Media Extensions app component in the Microsoft Store required an update to resolve the problem. Auto updates in the Microsoft Store were turned off, which might explain why the system update was added instead of using Windows Update.
