Perform the preceding actions, including downloading and installing MSI Afterburner, then monitor your GPU usage while gaming. Disable V-Sync within the games themselves.

Is the GPU connected before or not? What are your current frame rates? I’m checking to see if the GPU is connected, as shown in the screenshot I took from your Cyberpower link. The image was small initially, so I enlarged it; I believe that’s the iGPU port at the top. Below that is the graphics card, with lighter gray tabs covering the video ports to prevent debris and dust – these can be removed.

I had to update my drivers, though I completed this task before posting the thread. Primarily, the issue stemmed from a cable connected to an incorrect port.
