They lacked my other components, which complicates recreating the problem. Luckily, I discovered the solution when the ASRock B450M-HDV / 3600X setup had its DIMMs failing, though in a different form of failure. Updated September 9, 2022 by An0maly_76 Added more details

Are the motherboard and CPU components already removed? Check the Event Manager for any odd details. Sometimes hidden data helps identify issues.
