Your RAM isn't behaving well at 3600 MHz. Would you like me to test profile 2 if it offers another setting? The RAM should be installed in the second slot next to the CPU and the fourth slot. According to CPU-Z, your CPU has two cores with four threads. Have you disabled any cores using MSConfig or made changes in BIOS? That accounts for about one-third of the CPU. Wow, I didn't notice it was there at first—it was hidden in the start menu. Take the CPU off the motherboard and inspect the pins for any damage. You might have bent them during installation.

I own four RAM sticks, each 8GB, placed correctly as far as I remember. There are just four slots available, and I haven’t made any changes in MSConfig or BIOS unless I’m aware of it. Next, I’ll inspect the CPU for bent pins and will update you soon.

Check the system details—your CPU lists 2 cores with 4 threads, but the 5600X actually has 6 cores and 12 threads. It also shows 32GB RAM across two channels with two slots filled. There seems to be an inconsistency with the CPU information. The motherboard might need verification. Also, the DDR4 3600 isn’t compatible; it should be a faster speed. Verify the pinout and reinsert the CPU carefully.

I verified my CPU and all the pins appear normal after five minutes of checking for issues. I’m really puzzled right now. I took out the two new sticks I installed yesterday, and everything seems unchanged.

It appears the system still has 2 cores with 4 threads. This might indicate an older Windows setup. You can enter WinVer in the Start menu, press Enter, and capture a screenshot. Regarding your second AM4 system or friends with Ryzen, yes—each CPU should be tested on its own motherboard to ensure compatibility.

Do you know if someone else has an AM4 system or friends with Ryzen? The CPU should be tested on a different motherboard and another CPU should be checked there. That’s the best way to determine if the issue lies with the board or the CPU. Another option is to try clearing the CMOS (BIOS) by using the jumper or removing the CMOS battery for about five minutes while the PC is off. This might help reset the system and reveal the problem.

I removed the CMOS by mistake during installation yesterday, which is its current state. I’ll check with friends to see if anyone can assist. Thanks a lot for your support so far—I really value it. I’ll post again if I have more updates.

I completed the instructions provided and now my cores display correctly. I just played MW2 at 100fps with high settings while maintaining normal CPU usage. Thankfully, I checked Intel's support page afterward. I won't rush the celebration just yet in case something comes up. For now, I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance!

I hadn’t mentioned MSConfig before. It seems the issue only happens if the user enabled it. Or maybe the Windows is faulty. The CPU doesn’t display threads at all, and the field is blank. :S Consider running an “sfc /scannow” scan.
