Hello, I have a concern and would like to hear various perspectives. In summary, I own a computer with a Ryzen 5 5600G. I don’t currently have a graphics card and plan to purchase one next month—a RX 6600 or possibly a 5600x. My issue is with the power supply. I’ve been using the EVGA 700w W1 for over a year and a half without any problems, but of course, its usage is quite low. In my country, it’s considered the top choice; most stores only offer AZZA and EVGA W1 models. I’ve reviewed all the tier lists and am aware that they aren’t the highest quality.

The only positive point mentioned is that if you don’t plan to use very powerful graphics cards or overclocking, your PC should be fine. However, I’m concerned it might pose a risk for the RX 6600. Several calculators suggest the maximum power consumption is between 300-325W, so I’m unsure if it’s low enough to be safe.

Do you think it’s acceptable? My main goal was to buy a graphics card and keep searching for a better PSU in December or January, hoping to find something improved before the new models arrive.

If it had been comparable to an EVGA BR or a Corsair VS, it might have worked fine, but the W1 and N1 PSUs are of such low quality that I would delay the GPU upgrade until better alternatives become available.

I suggest a different case.
Be quiet! produces great products, but the Pure Base 600 offers much less airflow compared to others.
I’d definitely look into the Silent Base 802 instead.
For only about $15 extra, you’ll get a significantly better case with many more choices.

There isn't a specific reason mentioned for choosing Nvidia for the GPU.

I recommend using two storage devices. One for the operating system and applications, another for project files.

I also considered a small one, but it turned out to be an auto-generated list. I was thinking about using silent base 802 or dark base 700 because I liked its design. I don’t know much about the airflow for both options since I want an air cooler and don’t want any overheating issues.

Sure, I'll make sure to keep the same length and structure while changing the wording. Let me know if you need anything else!

Based on various suggestions, it appears NVIDIA cards are generally more dependable, though some GPU rendering engines only support NVIDIA. It's unclear if you'll need them soon. Still, I'm open to other options. What do you think about AMD GPUs?

As far as AMD (I have no idea how it does for rendering) you have the 7900xtx for maybe slightly cheaper or the same price as the 4080 that you found and it has more VRAM.
