Specs-
Motherboard- ASUS prime z270-a
PSU- EVGA nex650g
CPU- i7700k
First boot was a trial in BIOS where I enabled CPU overclock and applied the right settings for cooling. Voltage rose by 15%. After restart, I received an over-voltage warning. The system briefly entered BIOS before powering down. Restarting again caused CPU and DRAM to flash in sequence but failed to boot properly. I reset the BIOS by removing the battery. Now the CPU flashes on startup and remains active. Fans and LEDs function correctly, though I still can’t access BIOS. I’ve reconnected the CPU and tested moving RAM, but nothing changed.

It's also worth considering if the CMOS battery failed during your jump. You might want to get a replacement just in case, even though it's a fresh motherboard.
