my setup runs with manual overclocking similar to previous models. i use a moderate LLC to handle short-term fluctuations instead of forcing zero resistance. the cpu maintains a steady voltage, matching ram,VCCIO/SA and chipset specs—no Vcore adjustment needed. it has only been this way since yesterday; i’ve never experienced issues (voltages and temps are consistently monitored). i returned to 4.20 now, with 4.30 being the latest update from early 2020 a few days ago.

4.20 is active for about five minutes now, and it has increased from 1.120v to 1.136v.

some fluctuation is normal, but it seems odd that it varies that much when you tell it to be locked! Have you tried running some high load on just the CPU, to see if it triggers the voltage spike?

the test runs smoothly at that voltage, gradually increasing to about 1.6v before needing a reset to switch modes.
