Did you misplace it during removal from the box? A PDF version is available on the official Asus website for the B550-E.

It should have been placed inside the case. There are duplicates available. https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog...esk_manual https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1046215/

It was just me, I didn't notice anything else regarding TPM.

You're experiencing a 9E error while trying to enable TPM on your B550 E ROG Strix with Windows 11. It sounds like the issue might be related to your BIOS update or a compatibility problem. Since your CPU is AMD and you've enabled FTDM, ensure the BIOS version matches your processor type. Check if the error persists after updating BIOS or reinstalling TPM. If it's still there, contact ASUS support for further assistance.

Check if secure boot is active. Adjust BIOS settings to match legacy, UEFI-only, or UEFI.

I used the same motherboard Strixx B550 when I powered it up in BIOS. The game I play won’t run unless it’s enabled, and it’s been this way for about a year without any issues.
