Occasionally when I start Valorant, the blue screen appears with the message "your pc ran into a problem." What should I do? Thank you.

Restarting Windows is necessary.

Review the event viewer for any useful information. Verify that all drivers are current. Execute a memory test. Ensure your system temperatures are normal and there’s no excess dust or debris inside.

It's often a driver issue. And it usually involves something odd. When I was in college, my computer would crash every time I played F.E.A.R. It turned out the problem was with the program's monitor for the UPS. Try disconnecting all extra devices like webcams or external drives and see if the issue persists.

Can we capture an image of the blue screen? The code and details there can be useful sometimes. It’s clear this issue is evident, but not very helpful right now.

Hey there, while a new Windows setup is always helpful, it’s worth checking if the system has logged anything that could hint at an issue and its fix. In the search bar at the bottom, type “event viewer.” Once open, use the arrows to expand to: Windows Logs > System. You’ll likely see a long list of random entries. If you spot a red “Critical” error around the time of your last crash, you might find useful details there. If only the critical error appears, look at the entries before that and check for amber warnings. Most alerts are normal and probably not the cause, but sometimes you’ll see driver problems or display messages. If nothing seems helpful in Windows Logs > System, try Windows Logs > Application. Again, scroll to the moment of the crash and see if any logs appear. When the computer goes blue, what does it say on the screen? WHEA_Uncorrectable..... IRQ_NOT_LESS......

This seems to be the conclusion, though uncertain.
