Is it only when you're logged into those platforms that this occurs? Are you employing any VPN services?

Occasionally it occurs even after logging off on Tumblr. It didn't happen before when logging off on Reddit. No VPNs are being used.

Do you know the DNS your router employs? I presume your PC relies on the router for its DNS settings? That seems accurate. If you're using your ISP's DNS, consider switching to Google's DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Updated the DNS settings to Google's 8.8.8.8 and it appears to be functioning properly. Any thoughts on what triggered this change or ways to prevent it from recurring?

I thought there might be a problem with DNS when examining potential reasons.

Do you know what led to it? Or how to prevent it from occurring again?

I remember the main point of the problem: the DNS resolution didn't complete properly and was linked to an SSL concern. By switching to Google's DNS, a safer method should be in place, avoiding the same complications (secure versus nonsecure).

Occasionally I face problems with Comcast DNS, but I can use Google or Cloudflare DNS instead.

Can we find a solution to avoid relying on Googling DNS? Or should we just let it resolve on its own?
