I am currently using the newest BIOS that isn't a beta and since I started my updates, I've been using the default settings, no OC. The 5200 RAM is currently running at 4800 because DOCP is disabled with default settings. When RAM training, the MB shows code 15 which is the right one, according to the manual, so I don't think that's what it's doing. I may be lacking in experience since this is my first built, but there has to be a better solution than having to wait for a new BIOS version, considering it was working fine in the beginning.

i would agree.. but it don't hurt to try.. turn it on.. and leave it for an hour or two.. if nothing happens.. you tried that too. have you mailed support at asus?

It functions properly after a single reboot if you clear the CMOS. A faulty board still feels suspicious. Having two consecutive failures raises the risk to about 0.001%, though it’s possible.

Only after the BIOS update did it start to deteriorate.

What version of BIOS are you currently using? I came across a lengthy discussion on that forum and it mentions specific settings to follow.

I'm back at 1413 again. I revisited 1408 and followed the steps from the first comment. Then I tried them on 1410. Memory Context Restore, Power Down Enable, and Fast Boot didn't help. I reached out to support, but they won't respond over the weekend. I'm considering an even older version like 1222, though Asus has taken down the downloads for versions with manual Vcore control.

You might be experiencing an issue because the BIOS sometimes includes settings that aren't present in earlier versions, or the older version had features the newer one lacks. This can lead to crashes if those settings are active.
