Error encountered during installation: missing drive detected while setting up Windows.
Hello... you might need a storage driver. I worked through this with my new 11th generation Intel HP laptop. The fix was adding the storage drivers to my USB install disk. I downloaded the driver from HP, moved it to a separate folder, copied it onto my USB drive, and then tried installing Windows again. When you reach the drive selection, if it’s not visible, click "Load Driver," find it, select it, and click OK. For HP models, the driver was labeled "F6." Now the drive appears and Windows loads properly. My issue is I can’t choose between operating systems—when installing Windows, no OS options show up. I’m still looking for a solution to this problem, Thomas.
