Hey everyone, I recently changed my CPU cooler and when I restarted the BIOS, it showed an "CPU Over Voltage Error." I attempted to adjust the settings but didn’t understand what I was doing. Since I haven’t overclocked before, I reset the BIOS but the issue persists. The UEFI says the core voltage is 2.096 volts. What should I do? I’m using a Core i9 11900K and a ROG Strix z590-a Gaming WiFi motherboard.

It would help if you clarified what you mean. Could you rephrase your request?

The CPU performance is extremely high. Your temperatures are relatively low, which is unusual. Have you attempted to reset the BIOS settings? If so, are there any updated BIOS releases you should consider?

Shut down the device. Eliminate the main note. Activate the power switch a few times. Take off the side cover of your computer and check the battery on the motherboard. Disconnect it. Let it sit for a while. Afterward, reinsert the battery and restart the system.

Additionally, your BCLK frequency seems unusual. It might help to reset your BIOS.

Shut down the system, take off the cooler and adhesive, detach the CPU, reattach it, then put back the cooler. There could be a weak link in the connection.

Assuming it's 2.2v means it will shut down immediately upon receiving that voltage, likely due to a board or PSU problem causing sensor failure.

I agree with Somerandomtechyboi, everything is coming together now. The bios are still around 2.01 volts. If anything changes, I’ll bring it to a PC shop. Thanks all!
