Unless there is some extreme overclocking with liquid nitrogen happening, it would be pretty dead at that voltage. The last chip I've seen at that is my old 450 MHz Pentium 3! I would assume it's simply reading the values wrong. While the 99.93 MHz BCLK in CPU-Z aren't anything spectacular (fluctuates a bit between different boards, mine shows 100.08 when I keep it on auto or set it to 100.00), the 13.11 MHz in Core Temp are clearly wrong. I'd replace that board.

Prepare for upcoming steps: 1. Revise the bios, 2. Configure monitoring to bypass CPU core voltage, 3. Initiate RMA for the board. Start with #1, then proceed with #2 if needed. Best of luck!

Timothy if you find another similar motherboard somewhere, try ignoring the warning (BEWARE: Be Very Careful when doing this) on your CPU voltage. My ASUS Z490-A triggered that issue after installing an ASUS TUF Gaming 3060 GPU. (Voltage was 2.064). I was using a 650W Evga when it happened. It became very unstable. I stopped the system and switched to an Evga 850, which worked fine... same problem appeared. All my voltages looked normal in CPU-Z, but in BIOS I clicked ignore regarding CPU voltage. It’s been running smoothly for over three years now, so something unusual is happening. Resetting the CMOS didn’t help. I’ve tried it many times during my development. I’d love a few comments from someone more experienced (hello everyone). I still don’t understand why this keeps happening. ... and ignoring it doesn’t solve the issue even after increasing the voltage for the past three years... Another motherboard is definitely better. Lol, comp specs: ASUS Z490-A, Intel i7-10700F, 32GB Corsair, Balistix 3200, ASUS TUF Gaming, Nvidia 3060 OC V2
