I’d have increased the LLC and turned off CSTates. SOC likely needed to be enabled from 1.20v for 64gb because of memory controller demands, even at default settings. All this suggests a CPU swap would be simpler than replacing the board. (Opinion) But good luck! Hope you solve it.
I'll experiment with tuning. The reason I didn't choose tuning was because the board performed well previously. I reset the BIOS to default just in case the issues started. They even occurred on a 16GB single stick model. If it's a CPU, that's a 5950x in the bin and not something I'd expect.
The motherboard is the issue. The new board is functioning much better and hasn’t had any BSODs since I replaced it [remembering that moment]. Overall, I’m giving the X570 AORUS Master a solid rating. It’s really easy to use and has produced excellent results so far.
