I've been working through the troubleshooting steps in the related discussion to see if I can get my i5-13600KF to utilize turbo boost. In both hardware details and Throttle stopper settings, the clock never exceeds 4GHz. Temperatures hit 80°C during multithreaded tests and stay near 40°C in single-thread scenarios. I turned on Turbo Boost, Speed Shift Technology, Speed Shift EPP (disabled), EIST, C1E, and C States—all confirmed via BIOS or Throttle Stopper or Hardware Info. I started with a base clock of 3.5GHz and raised it to 4GHz, but I'm curious what happens if I revert that change. Any advice would be greatly appreciated; I'd love to see the advertised 5.1GHz boost clock even if only for a short period, since turbo boost operates at that level. That way I could simply set my base clock and enjoy consistent performance.

Confirm if you're viewing the correct components. The 13600KF includes 8 efficiency cores with a maximum turbo speed of 3.90 GHz.

The E cores operate around 3.9 GHz while the P cores function at 4 GHz.

Dan captured Post screenshots of ThrottleStop 9.6. The main window, FIVR and TPL should be visible. It seems the BIOS isn't configuring the CPU properly. The turbo ratio for all P cores needs to be adjusted to 51. With correct power limits, a 13600K will consistently use the 51 multiplier across all six P cores.
