Are you using Wi-Fi through your router? Many current routers allow you to disable the 2.4GHz band and switch to the 5GHz option.

It doesn't depend on whether your PC has Wi-Fi. As long as a Wi-Fi router is active for other devices to connect, interference remains.

I switched to a different USB port on the opposite side of the laptop, and it seems to have resolved the issue. Appreciate your assistance!
