I've experienced two problems with my Basilisk X. First, when hovering over 2.4G, the mouse would suddenly stop or disconnect repeatedly. I either had to unplug and plug it back in or replace the battery inside the mouse to resolve it. It usually fixes within 10 minutes to a few hours before it returns. Second, Synapse only connects via BT in 2.4G, not in 2.4G. Even with the latest Windows 10 and an updated driver, this issue continues across versions. The mouse driver is current, and I've reinstalled Synapse several times. Anyone has encountered this or any advice?

Lower frequency wireless signals perform better and are more dependable. 5G comes with certain constraints. Opt for 2.4GHz if it suits your needs.
