I have some concerns about PS3 emulators. Are these activities permitted? Do any of them function properly?
They aren't real and will disappear soon. What you discover is likely malicious software.
I believe the emulator isn't inherently illegal. Since it hasn't been created yet, most so-called versions are fraudulent.

I hope they could... I’d love to enjoy PS3 Final Fantasy games I played on PS1 to PS2, but PS3 and PS4 versions are essential! Eventually, I think they’ll make both formats available around the time of the PS5 release.
