The available options are fraudulent sites and malicious software. On YouTube, you’ll find only content related to the PS3.
The technology behind the PS3 is too complex to recreate using simple force. I doubt any PS3 emulation will appear in the next six years. However, an Xbox 360 emulator might emerge within a year or two. They already exist, but they often need significant computing power and don’t run smoothly.
Some fake versions are out there. The real ones seem to focus mainly on homebrew and mimicking the xmb. Tackling the cell processor emulation is quite challenging. I’m hoping a PS4 setup would be simpler, allowing us to run Sony first-party games on PC with 4K support.
For emulators, legal issues are less important. Regarding the function model, the Cell processor requires special handling and isn't open-source, making it unsuitable.
There exists an PS3 emulator, but it's mainly for custom projects you won't find full game support. I declined to mention it. Regarding legality, please be aware of local rules.
