Hello, my PC build is done and temperatures are spiking above 100°C causing shutdowns. I’ve already ordered another unit but it’s still experiencing the same problems. My setup includes a Ryzen 7600X, RTX 3070, Gigabyte Aorus B650 Pro Ax, Corsair RXM750 X, and a Kingston Fury 5200MZ RGB.

Experienced a comparable problem with my 5800X3D and the same cooler; changed to a H150. Initially aimed for illuminated internal fans, so airflow went through the radiator. That caused overheating, but moving the fans forward resolved it.

Check if the fans and pump are powered on and operating. Look for the RPM display on their fan connectors. Observe the fans rotating, listen to the pump's sound, and notice the fluid flowing through the lines. Have you attempted to reattach the cooling block?

The crowd is buzzing, I hear the pump kicking off. The liquid is moving, the fans spin, and I can see the RPM. All my fans are connected via the hub that came with them. I haven’t tried to re-seat yet, but it includes pre-applied thermal paste.

Did you configure your fan settings in the BIOS? The standard is 100% speed at 60°C, while 40% is acceptable between 30-40°C.

Use the pre-applied cheap white paste, switch to a quality silver paste, and reapply.

I can include it in the bios, but I’m unable to take action since the temperatures cause the PC to shut down. It begins around 80 and keeps increasing until the system has to safely power off.

Your CPU temperatures initially drop between 80°C and 75°C before gradually increasing.
