Bios updated, drivers for chipset installed, but spikes persist during idle. Though they’re uncommon, in-game performance is slow and there are occasional micro-stutters.

Windows is updated? Have other drivers been updated either manually or using a tool such as IoBit Driver Booster? Have you executed these commands in a cmd prompt with admin privileges, PowerShell, or the Windows terminal? Chkdsk c: /scan DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth SFC /scannow
