Absolutely, I'm on board with the change too. My GPU is a Sapphire RX570 Nitro+ with 4GB RAM, and I've managed to find the BIOS files for it.

Consider powering off the machine, adjusting the switch to the correct position, and restarting it. This could restore the BIOS functionality immediately. We can then attempt repairs on the faulty unit or proceed using the compatible card.

It might be the quiet BIOS setting where fans activate only when the card warms up. The temperature it reports could be displayed in Windows Task Manager if no other app is running.

It's extremely cold for a GPU. The cooling fans likely won't activate until the temperature reaches around 50°C, and possibly not until 65°C. If this bothers you, you can adjust the fan settings using AMD's software. The option should be found under Performance > Tuning.
