According to Dolphin, the issue might stem from DirectX dependencies, C++ redistribution, or user files in My Documents or AppData. Use tools like WinDirStat to examine which files are consuming large space.

I wasn't sure what it meant, but it's a long-standing inside joke among me and some friends about tweaking names. A while back, there was an internet project in BE and NL where people would invent possible meanings for company names. Probably just a leftover from that effort.

Ah X3, Yep, CrapCleaner. They updated it a few years ago to CCleaner for a more polished look.
