I'm using OS X Lion 10.7.5(11G63) and want to upgrade to High Sierra. I thought I needed to go through the process first, so I watched a YouTube video. However, when I tried to enter the code, it said "sudo code not found." Please help me resolve this issue.

Skip the upgrade to Sierra. Just download the High Sierra installer and launch the app on Lion.
