Unless I'm mistaken, Valorant isn't compatible with macOS. You'll have to play on Windows using a MacBook, and performance will vary based on your Mac's specifications. Which 2011 MacBook Pro are you using? Is it the 13-inch or the larger 15"/17" models? Even if you still need macOS for Boot Camp, Internet Recovery is available built into your system to install it without a separate machine.

The operating system is still accessible via the App Store. Simply download it there and save the dmg file for future use.

Hello, my MacBook Pro from 2011. It seems there are no more software updates available, so I’m considering a workaround—can I download Big Sur or High Sierra?

You're using the 13-inch model with the C02HDUWZDV13. After launching Internet Recovery, follow these steps:

1. Press the power button to turn it on.
2. Wait for the recovery screen to appear.
3. Select "Restore" or "Repair" from the options.
4. Choose your installation media (USB drive or computer).
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the restore process.

It's fine if performance drops due to missing GPU acceleration support.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, High Sierra isn't available anymore. The latest videos from 2022 don't include it, and the App Store no longer has it. Let me know if you need further assistance.
