I've done it - just wait for them to an answer 2+ days already.
It's not working. CPU frequency do not depend on this. I set at about 70% max and minimal like 60% and still have 3500mhz and start throttle at 95C Tctl. Tried to reboot - no results.
I cant find any
That seems a bit tricky because i do not know what is stock voltage. By default it is changing rapidly from 1.2-1.4v... so it's sort of "auto" and i have no ideo from value i have to substract. Also I'm afraid that without changing to the lower frequency i'll get unstable cpu

If it were an ASUS board I could assist you better. Last time I was overclocking an ASRock motherboard was when I had an i5-6500K, which was a while ago... But I can confirm that wasn't an AMD issue. I used my R5 1600 and didn't encounter many problems once I discovered the right ASUS motherboard parts. It might not be as straightforward as with Intel CPUs. Have you checked out some overclocking guides online? There are plenty available.

I haven't come across any details about your issue. Typically, adjusting settings is about finding the best configurations... But I see I'm dealing with different concerns, where my adjustments aren't being considered.

I've tried this
🙁
Ahaha i'm not sure ) This is not only coolers fault, also my small ITX case with limited fans )
Asrock support have answered me and problem has been solved!
👍
You were right! )) There is such option. I had to disable "Core Performance Boost" (
Path: Advanced\AMD CBS\CPU Common Options)
Now it is working as expected. Thanks everyone for support!
