Hi everyone, I have a Toshiba Thunderbolt Dock connected to my Toshiba Portege laptop using a USB-C cable. The external monitor plugged into the dock works fine, and the laptop charges from the dock. But the USB ports on the dock won't read memory sticks or a USB mouse dongle. The lights show up on the memory sticks, but they don't show up on the PC. If someone could help me get those USB ports to work, I would really appreciate it. Cheers

Does the USB-C port work for reading a USB flash drive, or can I plug my charger into it to charge another computer?

Have you put all those important drivers on your computer?

I don't know how to fix this one. But I tested a HP Dragonfly using that same USB-C cable and everything went great. Maybe I'm forgetting a driver or some other thing.

I thought they came on by themselves the very first time I plugged in the dock.

No, they don't all turn on by themselves.

Okay thanks so much. I looked online for the dock driver but couldn't find it very easily. Do I just need this specific driver, or is there another one I should look for? Thanks if you can help me out here.

I just upgraded the firmware on my dock, and it's not working at all.
