What do you intend by W? I've enabled an in-game overlay and set the CPU power to tick in the overlay, which displays 1.5W.

I checked how I adjusted the voltage in BIOS and looked into the OC sticky note.

Cpu power differs from cpu voltage. Share the voltage under load, and the synthetic load should work well.

BringerOfTea :
if it goes to 1,5 volts you will probably have heat issues and unstability yeah. but unless you have the volts to auto it shouldnt do that,
13thmonkey :
How have you set the volts in bios? Have you read the oc sticky?
i have cpu core voltage set to manaul and 1.200 in there a

start the programs fire up CPU-z or hardwaremonitor and look at the voltage readings for the CPU during the prime95 test.

We must understand the voltage. Also, take note of the stickers about connections; they contain all the information necessary and will address aspects we might overlook.

BringerOfTea:
start CPU-z or hardwaremonitor to see the voltage levels on the CPU during the prime95 benchmark. This value remains consistent regardless of whether you're running the full test or a smaller stress test. You can view it here: https://imgur.com/a/vGxVD3k

The readings seem low, but are you really achieving 4.7?

Uncertain about the low readings, are you really reaching 4.7?

If the voltage you demonstrated is under load, whether in operation or otherwise, and the temperatures match your expectations, then there are no immediate concerns. However, setting the voltage to manual mode could cause it to idle warm. You should conduct extensive stability testing because a crash during an update or installation might lead to serious issues. It’s important to confirm full stability rather than just partial stability, and 15 minutes may be sufficient for testing.
