Needs to be performed on the power PC, removing the battery for a minimum of five minutes. Afterward, return to the BIOS and set at least "optimal default values." It would be beneficial to enable XMP or reapply MSI A-XMP. Regarding the choppy section, what occurs if you use rammap to clear the standby memory? For guidance and download details, visit the provided link.

I'm using a Crucial 1 TB SSD with 546 GB free out of 930 GB total. Storage shouldn't be an issue since I encountered this before installing programs. Clearing the standby memory in RAMmap didn't resolve the problem, and I haven't cleared the CMOS yet—updates will follow soon.

Unplug and disconnect as @Vic 40 suggested. Remove the battery and short the two pins labeled CLRTC on the motherboard. Touch them briefly with a flathead screwdriver. After that, reinsert the battery. When you restart, the process should succeed, showing a different boot screen that guides you to BIOS for configuration.
